About OCAAT

A boutique bridge between Korea and the United States.

OCAAT was built on a simple belief: meaningful cross-border work happens one trusted relationship at a time. We exist to make Korea–U.S. ambitions feel personal, navigable, and well-supported on the ground.

Our Philosophy

Built for the people behind every project.

OCAAT — short for One Connection At A Time — is a Seattle-based business, culture, and travel bridge company. Our work sits at the intersection of education, corporate, media, and market development, all guided by a relationship-first ethos.

We don't believe in templated experiences. A Korean family arriving for a summer experience needs something fundamentally different from a broadcast team filming on location, or a brand entering the U.S. market. Each engagement is shaped around the people, the goals, and the cultural context behind it.

Our role is to remove friction. We translate not just language, but expectation — anticipating where things often break down between Korean and U.S. business cultures and quietly resolving them before they become problems.

We are currently developing long-term programs across each of our four service areas, and we are positioned to serve partners who value execution quality over volume.

What We Stand For

The principles behind every engagement.

These aren't aspirations — they're the way we choose clients, design programs, and deliver work.

01

Relationship Over Transaction

We protect long-term trust over short-term wins. A good outcome is one both sides want to repeat.

02

Cultural Fluency, Practically Applied

Understanding two cultures is only useful if it changes how decisions get made. We translate insight into action.

03

Execution as Service

We don't stop at recommendations. We coordinate, deliver, and stay present until the work is done well.

04

Bilingual by Default

Korean and English fluency across written, spoken, and on-site communication is a baseline — not a feature.

05

Discretion & Trust

Many of our clients operate in sensitive contexts. We treat every engagement with confidentiality and care.

06

Built for Both Sides

We answer to the Korean side and the U.S. side equally. Bridges only work when both anchors are strong.

OCAAT

Our Network

A trusted Pacific Northwest network of venues, vendors, partners, and operators built through years of in-market presence.

Our Approach

Local presence. Global perspective. Personal accountability.

Seattle gives us a natural advantage. As one of the most globally connected cities on the U.S. West Coast, with deep ties to the Pacific Rim, it serves as an ideal launchpad for Korea–U.S. initiatives — from corporate events to media productions to consumer-facing cultural moments.

Our network-driven approach means we already know the people, places, and processes most projects need. When we don't, we say so — and we find them, vet them, and stand behind them.

"Bridges are built by people who show up — on both sides."
